Please provide up to 2 clear photographs (candid, professional, snapshots, black & white or color,) enclose a 3” x 5” index card with: Entrant’s Name (include Guardian’s name if under 18), address, telephone number, e-mail address (optional), and a $30 check or money order for every 2 photographs. Please make funds payable to Miss Star Image International. All entries must be post marked by July 31, 2007. Winners will be notified via telephone and E-mail (if provided.) Cash prizes will be awarded via certified mail. Photographs will not be returned unless a self-addressed, postage paid envelope is enclosed with you submission. |
